Chakrapolku® — 8 Weeks to Enlightenment

Welcome. You are about to begin an 8-week journey back to yourself.

Chakrapolku® is not a quick fix and not a performance. It is a gentle, structured path through the seven chakras and into the heart of who you already are. Week by week, you will meet one chakra at a time. You will learn to listen to your body through the vagus nerve, to recognize what is yours and what is not, and to return to a sense of inner steadiness that so many of us have lost along the way.

This course has guided thousands of people in Finland and around the world since 2013.

Your course includes:

• Eight weekly written teachings, one for each chakra
• Eight Kundalini Yoga video practices, 30–45 minutes each, including breathwork, mantra, movement, meditation and deep relaxation
• Writing and coloring exercises to support reflection and integration
• A weekly affirmation to carry the theme into daily life
• Lifetime access to all materials through the Kajabi platform, available on desktop and through the Kajabi mobile app
• Clear, beginner-friendly guidance. No previous yoga experience is required.
