Hi! I'm the creator of the Energy Activation Method, a yogic practice I developed to support people on their personal and spiritual journeys. I'm also a non-fiction author and independent filmmaker. I love diving into topics that explore human potential and consciousness.
I'm a Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer, and I’ve been sharing these practices for 25 years through books, classes and workshops. I lived in the U.S. from 2000 to 2007, and these days I'm back in Finland, working as a wellness entrepreneur.
My work brings together movement, creativity, and energy to help people connect more deeply with themselves and live more aligned lives.
